OVERVIEW
The “Status” page is shown in Figure 45. This page provides information on some of the GEMs settings.
Most of the information listed is self-explanatory. Each of the settings displayed is explained in this
various sections of this manual. One parameter that is not displayed elsewhere is the “Hardware
Configuration”.
“Hardware Configuration” shows the parameter which indicates which communication module is
installed in the GEM. It is important that this setting matches the actual installed hardware. If this is not
set properly, the GEM will not communicate properly with the module and can also cause excessive
battery drain when power is removed from the GEM.
